NOELLE SLATER
Although she’s a Louisiana Girl by birth, Noelle has made Texas her home and her heart for the past 15 years!
Along with her incredible husband, Kyle, and her “munchkins” Daphne and Griffin, Noelle’s goal in life is to simply spread joy.
The family does this in a variety of ways but their biggest impact is made as members of The Oakridge School community. Not only is Kyle an Oakridge alumni, the kids are current students and Noelle has served in a multitude of leadership positions such as Parents’ Club President, Annual Fund Chair, Boosterthon Chair, Super Supper committee member and Oakridge Golf Classic committee member to name a few. Her passion to make Arlington and Oakridge elite destinations for anyone moving to the area is unparalleled.
As a licensed Realtor in Texas for the past 13 years, Noelle knows what it means to work hard, nurture relationships and most importantly, take care of people. She has been honored as a Top Producer by multiple publications including but not limited to 360 West, Fort Worth Magazine and Real Producers. Noelle has served on both the local and state real estate Board of Directors as well as the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee as an advocate for property rights for all Texas homeowners. It’s no surprise that the majority of Noelle’s real estate business comes from repeat clients and personal referrals.
Hagar’s Heart, Noelle’s charity of choice, is not a random selection. She and her friend, Jennifer Garton Jones (Oakridge ‘94), share a membership to a club no one wants to be a part of… Both formerly in relationships that caused long term emotional damage, the 2 women know first hand the importance of reminding domestic violence victims that they are worthy, loved and deserve peace. Jennifer founded Hagar’s Heart to support these women as they find the strength to break free from domestic violence and toxic relationships. From their famous “I see you” boxes to the Santa’s Shack gift event, Hagar’s Heart has now served over 6000 women across 4 counties in North Texas.
“We show survivors how much they are valued through acts of kindness, gifts of love, listening to their stories, and giving them time to recover. When a person knows someone cares, they can be brave, they can be positive, they can believe in a future, and they can have hope again.”
While it’s been a while, Noelle is no stranger to the performance world! Growing up as a musical theater brat in Louisiana, Mississippi and ultimately, New York City, she shines bright through song and dance. Noelle is so honored to be a part of this amazing inaugural event and thanks all of her friends, family and supporters for being the best fan club ever!
